If you'd like to delete your account or request a copy of your personal data, please email us at contact@bikesummit.ch with the subject line "Data Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
Download Bike Summit from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign Up. Fill in your name, email address, and a secure password.
Achievements are awarded based on the summits you complete. Each summit is associated with a difficulty level that determines the points awarded. Your total score is the sum of points from all your completed summits.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Send us an email at contact@bikesummit.ch with as much detail as possible (device model, OS version, steps to reproduce). We read every message and appreciate your feedback.
